The Idea Club is an informal discussion group on
science and sustainability issues that are relevant today and relate to
the activities of Sustainable Path Foundation. Participation is open to
volunteers, donors and other interested members of the community.
Each meeting will have a pre-scheduled topic for discussion.
Previous meetings have dealt with green microfinancing, fresh water, disappearing Arctic Ice, and profit-driven
solutions to the energy crisis.
Check our blog for current information. The next meeting will be July 20. One important aspect is that the participants get to suugest an vote on topics for the next 6 months. We are still voting and the poll can be found at our webbsite. Voting ends July 1.
We
welcome participants to attend whether or not they have any prior knowledge on the subject. The goal is to have a conversation and permits germinate some ideas.
Mark your calendar: the Idea Club will next meet on the THIRD Monday of July from 5 to 7 PM at the Sustainable Path Foundation office (2101 4th Ave., Suite 650, Seattle, WA).
